This tract is conveniently located about 6 miles West of Thomasville and about 4 miles East of Cairo.  The property rests just North of Hwy 84 on Stanfill Road(1000'+ road frontage). The tract has phenomenal roll to it offering some fine home sites overlooking both field,  woods and pond.  When building the pond, the owners excavated mammoth size rocks and a lot of the rock can still be seen.  The pond is reportedly spring fed, which some testament to that can be defined by the clarity of the water.  While the home looks to need some help there is still some good value there in that it is a residence.  The tract is offered at $4500 per acre and represents good value in that income could be generated from a farm lease, lease on the home or from timber production.  This is a pleasing tract to view in a very nice area.
