Claude is an invaluable resource for the rest of the office as he always has some insight or experience that he has picked up through the years that you just can't find from looking in a book. Claude is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors as well as a former Past President of the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors. Claude was the 200 Realtor of the Year for the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors. Claude attended College on the GI Bill and started at ABAC and wound up graduating from the University of Georgia where he was an Alpha Gamma Rho. Claude is an Active Member of New Covenant Church where he attends with his wife, Claudia. Claude has two sons, Curtis and Dan who work with him in the business. Claude is also the proud Grandfather of two boys and three girls. Fishing down at the coast and wing shooting are some of Claude's favorite interests. Daniel Crocker-GA/FL Licensed Real Estate Broker - Dan basically grew up in the real estate business and is a Past President of the Thomasville Area Board of Realtors, Past Realtor of the Year for TABOR and currently serves as a state director for the Thomasville Area Board. Dan has also served as the president of the GA Chapter of Realtors Land Institute and is currently on the Board of Directors for GA RLI. Dan is the 2008 President for the Thomasville Exchange Club. Dan believes in Education. He is always trying to find a better way to do something. Dan is one of a handful of people in South Georgia who have the Accredited Land Consultant designation. Dan also has the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations. Dan Graduated from Valdosta State College in 1991 (Speech Communications), (Kappa Alpha), and later went back to then Valdosta State University and earned his Graduate Degree in Public Administration. Dan married Kayce Palmer of Thomasville in 1997 and they have two daughters and a son, Charlotte, Emmaline, and Colin. They are members of First Baptist Church in Thomasville. Salt Water Fly Fishing is Dan's favorite pursuit and during the Winter time hunting runs a close second. Dan can be reached at 229-403-6297.
Jason Copps- Jason is a Dixie Native that has been with us going on three years. The first two years he has been awarded the Silver Award for Sales and Listings. He is a multi-Million Dollar Producer specializing in Land and Farm Sales. Jason is very active in the Brooks and Thomas County Community. He is on the Board of Directors of the Thomasville Kiwanis Club and the Quitman Brooks County Chamber of Commerce. Jason earned an Associates Degree from Southwest Georgia Technical College and a Bachelors from Valdosta State University. Jason is married to Brandolyn McMurria Copps from Colquitt Georgia and resides on his family farm in Brooks County. Hunting and Golfing are his hobbies. The most gratifying part of his life is membership of the Olive Baptist Church in Jefferson County Florida. Dan likes to call Jason the "Dirt Dobber" because he like to get on the ground and buzz around as many tracts as he can fit in a day! Jason can be reached at 229-225-8311. Curtis Crocker- Curtis is a wealth of information on the technical side of the land brokerage business. Curtis has been involved in the real estate business since he was old enough to pick up roots when clearing land. Curtis graduated from Southern Tech in Marietta Georgia with a degree in Engineering Technology and an Associates in Surveying. Curtis is a long time employee of the City of Thomasville in the Engineering Department. Curtis is Married to Nancy Crocker and they have two Children, Cole Thomas and Carter Grace. Curtis enjoys Saltwater Fishing, both deep and shallow water and is an avid wing shooter. Curtis can be reached at 229-224-1391. Travis Shepherd- Travis adds whole new dimension to Crocker Realty with his vast experience and practical knowledge of forestry. Travis is a Registered Forester for the State of Georgia since 1991, (license #2084). He is a member of the American Tree Farm System, GA Master Timber Harvester, GA Certified Burner, Tree Farm Superior Inspector 1995,1996, Master Inspector 1997, and the Georgia State Tree Farm Inspector of the Year for 2001. Travis is a member of the Georgia Forestry Association and the Society of American Foresters. Travis graduated from Central High School in Thomas County as an Honor Graduate and later earned his degree in Forest Technology from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and has been a forester with Mitchell Industries since 1984. Travis is very active in scouting having served as Cub Master and Scout Master since 1997 to present. Travis has received numerous awards from scouting including the National Eagle Scout Association Scoutmaster Award of Merit and the Brotherhood Member order of the Arrow. Travis is Married to Cathy Chastain Shepherd and they have three sons, Robert(21), Kevin(16), and Thomas(12). Travis and his family reside in Whigham Georgia where he is an active member of the Whigham United Methodist Church and Whigham Community Club. Travis was voted Grady County Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year in 2004. Tracy Wetherington- Tracy Wetherington is the property manager for Crocker Realty. She is married to Britt Wetherington, a local land surveyor and has a little boy named Witt. She also attends The Gathering Church of Thomasville. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with friends and family, and football (TCCHS & FSU). Tracy graduated from TCCHS in 1992 and attended Thomas University. In January of 2005, she is a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Susan Binion - Susan is Dan Crocker’s Personal Assistant. She also handles all of the advertising for Crocker Realty, Inc. She is a graduate of Thomas County Central High School. She is married to Cpl Mike Binion who is the Conservation Ranger (Game Warden) assigned to Grady County. They have been married for 12 years and they have an 8 year old daughter, Raney and a 16 year old daughter, Bridgette. She attends The Gathering Church. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include hunting, gardening, and cooking.
